Job Description

This UK-based role involves supporting customers with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] machines. Duties include installation, programming, and breakdown support across a range of machines, including milling, turning centres, and 5-axis machines. Reporting to the Service Co-ordinator, the role is ideally suited to an engineer based in the South East. Regular travel is required, including working away across the UK and Ireland.

Essential Criteria

  • Basic programme experience ([Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] / Siemens / Heidenhain)
  • Understanding of machine tool levelling, alignment, and geometry
  • Knowledge of different control systems
  • Experience with Mazatrol controls and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] machines
  • Professional, customer-focused approach
  • Flexible, with willingness to work overtime and weekends
  • Clean driving licence
  • Strong problem-solving ability
  • Transferable skills across multiple machine models

Desirable Criteria

  • 5-axis knowledge
