Location: Telford | Salary: Starting salary of £35,115 per annum + Excellent Benefits | Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – 12-hour rotating shifts (Days & Nights, including weekends)
A successful and rapidly growing confectionery co‑manufacturer is expanding its high‑performance production team and is looking for talented Production Operatives to join their state‑of‑the‑art facility in Telford.

Key Responsibilities
- Operating production processes to defined standards
- Running lines to SOPs, including start-ups, shutdowns, and changeovers
- Ensuring products meet strict quality requirements
- Completing hourly/daily records and gap analysis
- Supporting continuous improvement and liaising with development teams
- Identifying issues early, problem-solving, and preventing downtime
- Maintaining excellent Food Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety standards
- Training and supporting other process staff
- Carrying out any reasonable duties within your skill set

Experience in food, FMCG, or processing environments is beneficial but not essential. If you’ve previously worked as a Production Technician, Process Technician, Line Technician, Machine Setter, Technical Machine Operator, Packaging Technician, FMCG Technician, Maintenance Operative, and enjoy hands‑on problem‑solving, this role is for you.

This is a 2-stage interview process, with the first stage consisting of a numeracy and literacy assessment on site in Telford, Shropshire.
