What You Will Do
- Lead the coordination of vehicle weight data across all functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and accuracy.
- Own programme-level weight targets, including setting, balancing, and reporting status to senior teams.
- Utilise control models to determine mass and loads for all buildable derivatives within the programme.
- Resolve key mass-related issues, including loads distribution and target gaps, to maintain programme integrity.
- Coordinate the generation and maintenance of Vehicle Mass Property models, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Lead the creation and validation of Loading Charts, ensuring feasibility and resolving any issues that arise.
What You Will Bring
- A customer-focused mindset with a strong ability to understand and deliver on the needs of internal teams and end users.
- Proven knowledge of Weight and Mass Properties and their interaction with other vehicle attributes.
- Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads effectively.
- A solid aptitude for engineering, testing, and evaluation, paired with a meticulous approach to procedures.
- A degree in Engineering, Maths, or Physics is preferred, with whole vehicle engineering knowledge being highly desirable.
