What You Will Do:

  • Lead the development of Discrete Event Simulation (DES) models, from concept to detailed mimic systems.
  • Optimise systems, identify cost-saving strategies, and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with design teams to develop solutions within tight deadlines.
  • Conduct bottleneck analyses and implement strategies to enhance system efficiency.
  • Perform throughput studies and scenario modelling.
  • Mentor and train junior team members.

What You Will Bring:

  • Strong working knowledge of Discrete Event Simulation tools such as Lanner Witness or Siemens Technomatix Plant Simulation.
  • Proven experience in production process flow simulation and problem-solving on complex technical systems.
  • Expertise in bottleneck analysis and delivering DES models to meet programme KPIs.
