HR Consultant

The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, building relationships with leaders, and coordinating projects with the HR Manager. Based in the UK with a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

  • Plan monthly meetings with the HR Manager and select topics from degree area to share with HR Recruiters.
  • Prepare training and consulting sessions for recruiter members to enrich their studies.
  • Introduce HR Culture and new innovative thoughts to potential team members.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies with the team manager.
  • Represent concepts visually and work with recruiters to bring ideas to life for brand recruiting strategy.

Necessary Skills

  • Drive HR consulting processes: researching HR field recruitment strategies, analyzing candidates, managing emotional resilience, engagement surveys.
  • Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer HR and Recruiting team expertise.
  • Source passive candidates using deep cloud systems, work file sharing, and organizing.
  • Coordinate subsequent projects with HR Manager and related leaders.
  • Source and screen candidates/recruiters for multiple requisitions.
  • Launch new ideas by working across teams with other departments.
