We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide high‑quality support to individuals, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person‑[Employer hidden] support to individuals in their daily activities
- Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate records and follow support plans
- Maintain accurate and professional care records
- Communicate effectively with service users, families, and external agencies
- Work flexibly as part of a committed team
- Work with guidance from support plans, risk assessments, and policies
- Encourage independence and choice
- Provide practical support (meal preparation, household tasks)
- Assist with medication administration

Who We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in care or support is beneficial but not essential as full training provided
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
