Service Delivery Manager - UK - Job Opening

[Employer hidden — view at passion-project.co.uk] is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to manage SAP managed services for clients. This role acts as the bridge between clients and AG's operational delivery teams.

  • Incident, Service Request and Problem management
  • Service Level Management
  • Release management
  • Change Request Management
  • Predicting and tracking of service risks and issues
  • Contract and change management
  • Continual service improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Measure and keep track of operational service performance
  • Drive Patch and Vulnerability Management across the estate
  • Contribute to daily, weekly, and monthly Service calls
  • Internal financial management of assigned accounts
  • Act as a trusted consultant in service model, levels of service, risks and issues
  • Maintain a forward view of service and service changes
  • Provide meaningful formal updates to clients
  • Provide internal reporting to senior management
  • Complete training regarding ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree/HND educated with an ITIL Foundation or PMP qualification
  • Proven track record supporting SAP environments as an SDM
  • 6-8 years’ Service Delivery in an SAP environment with management responsibilities
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills with proven leadership capabilities
  • Understanding of SAP environment with appreciation for SAP modules PM, FICO, PS, SCM, MM, Basis and ABAP
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Personal drive and ability to manage own time
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable experience of managing tasks and deadlines

Preferences: ITIL/PMP Accreditation
