This is a remote, full-time position with a salary range of £53,000 – £56,000 per annum. The role involves clinical leadership, case management, and shaping rehabilitation services for clients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight of complex caseloads
  • Mentor and supervise staff to ensure high-quality, person-centred care
  • Collaborate with the Brand Director and Senior Management Team on clinical strategy
  • Support clients across Milton Keynes and surrounding areas (travel required)

Qualifications and Experience

  • Professional qualification in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Speech & Language Therapy, or Social Work
  • Current professional registration and BABICM/IRCM membership
  • Significant hands-on clinical experience in case management or complex care coordination
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills
