£23 per hour - Permanent Full-time

Job Description

Registered nurse required for Manchester House, Albert Road, Southport. Permanent Full time position available - NIGHT shifts! 8pm - 8am - ALL SHIFTS ARE ON A ROTA BASIS. Alternate weekend availability required. £1,500 bonus after qualifying period!

We are searching for a Registered Nurse to join us. You will be advising and working closely with the Care Team to deliver the highest standards of individual care to our residents, ensuring everyone is treated with respect and each individual's care plan is met.

In this role you will be:

  • Regularly reviewing and completing all documentation as required
  • Ensuring that the appropriate documentation reflects the care given and any clinical intervention
  • Leaving clear, concise and personalised instructions for ongoing care delivery
  • Monitoring and controlling residents' nutritional and dietary requirements
  • Supporting, guiding and leading the team to ensure the safety of residents and staff

Qualifications & Experience

For this role, it is essential that you:

  • Are currently registered with NMC for appropriate client group (valid PIN number)
  • Have relevant care home experience
  • Have experience in medication administration, wound care, infection control and pressure area care
