This full-time remote role spans Spain, Portugal, and the United Kingdom, with hybrid options in the UK. The role sits within the Solutions Engineering team, part of the Partner Success Operations team.

About the Opportunity
In this role, you will own first-line triage for partner integration issues, support technical integration from sandbox testing through launch, conduct pre-go-live reviews, investigate volume anomalies, support technical discovery calls, write integration documentation, relay partner feedback to Product and Engineering, and manage partner API keys and test environments.
What You Will Do
- Own first-line triage for partner integration issues across Ramps, Commerce, Swaps, and Iron
- Support each partner’s technical integration from sandbox testing through launch
- Conduct pre-go-live reviews to verify acceptance criteria compliance
- Investigate volume anomalies flagged by Payment Ops
- Support technical discovery and demo calls
- Write integration runbooks, partner-specific guides, and FAQ documentation
- Relay partner technical feedback into structured themes for Product and Engineering
- Manage partner API keys, sandbox accounts, and test environments
About You
Must-have: 2-3 years in Solutions Engineering, Integration Engineering, Developer Relations, or similar; solid understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and SDK integration patterns; basic scripting in Python or JavaScript; familiarity with AI coding tools; some exposure to payments infrastructure; strong communication; highly organized; based in Europe with right to work (no visa sponsorship). Nice-to-have: blockchain concepts, B2B SaaS/FinTech integrations, KYB/KYC exposure, experience with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] products, prior high-growth startup experience.
