What You Will Do

  • Schedule and coordinate onsite training courses and consultancy services, ensuring timely and efficient delivery according to company targets and SLAs.
  • Communicate with clients, account managers, and trainers via email and phone to confirm event details and suitability.
  • Manage delegate information and ensure accuracy for all events.
  • Troubleshoot onsite issues by liaising with relevant departments.
  • Order exams, courseware, and technical resources required for successful event execution.
  • Book and liaise with Associate Trainers, ensuring they have all necessary information for upcoming courses.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience of at least one year in a busy office environment.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with suppliers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to a fast-moving work environment.
