MACHINE OPERATORS NEEDED IN TELFORD (SHROPSHIRE)!!! - FMCG SECTOR

Are you an experienced Machine Operator looking for stability? We are currently hiring for skilled, permanent Machine Operators to join a long-standing manufacturing business based in Central Telford.

The On-boarding Process:

1. A brief on-line technical assessment.
2. An on-site interview and factory tour.

Your Role:

• Set up and operate high-speed machinery.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machinery to minimize downtime.
• Maintain quality standards with regular checks and precise records.
• Collaborate with the team to exceed production targets.

What You Bring:

• Minimum 3 years in a similar role (e.g., Production Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Technical Operator, Rewind Operator, or Machine Setter).
• Experience in FMCG, Packaging, Food Manufacturing, Print, or Pharmaceutical sectors.
• Confidence in minor machine adjustments and routine maintenance.
• Live within a 25-mile radius of Telford.
