Production Technician

What You Will Do
- Operate and monitor high-speed machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production runs.
- Conduct timely machine setups, minimising downtime and maximising output.
- Perform routine maintenance and precision cleaning of machinery to optimise performance.
- Identify and resolve issues using problem-solving tools, such as the process fault tree.
- Maintain accurate production records and collaborate with your team to exceed targets.
What You Will Bring
- A minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role.
- Previous experience from within the manufacturing sector is essential.
- Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Packaging, Print, Plastics or Pharmaceutical sectors is highly advantageous.
- Confidence and ability to make minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.
