Production Technician

What You Will Do

  • Operate and monitor high-speed machinery to ensure smooth and efficient production runs.
  • Conduct timely machine setups, minimising downtime and maximising output.
  • Perform routine maintenance and precision cleaning of machinery to optimise performance.
  • Identify and resolve issues using problem-solving tools, such as the process fault tree.
  • Maintain accurate production records and collaborate with your team to exceed targets.

What You Will Bring

  • A minimum of 3 years experience within a similar role.
  • Previous experience from within the manufacturing sector is essential.
  • Experience in FMCG, Food Manufacturing, Packaging, Print, Plastics or Pharmaceutical sectors is highly advantageous.
  • Confidence and ability to make minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently without supervision.
