Our client, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading Machine Tool manufacturer. Jonathan Lee Workforce Solutions are the preferred supplier to Mazak.

We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented Electrical Assembler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with electrical components, assembling cable looms, and producing high quality wiring assemblies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble electrical components, cable looms, and wiring modules to specification
  • Solder components accurately and safely
  • Cut, strip, and crimp wires using appropriate tools
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, diagrams, and assembly instructions
  • Ensure all completed work meets quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in electrical assembly or similar role
  • Strong soldering skills
  • Skilled in wire cutting, stripping, and crimping
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and wiring diagrams
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • A proactive, reliable work ethic
