The ideal candidate will have experience as a Vehicle Mechanic, Vehicle Technician, Mechanical Fitter, HGV/PSV Technician, or Defence/Military Vehicle Fitter, with strong hands-on mechanical and diagnostic skills.

What You'll Do
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on military vehicles and associated electrical systems
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, engineering process plans, and customer specifications
- Complete accurate documentation, test certificates, and maintenance reports
- Conduct equipment inspections to meet production, safety, and quality standards
- Use workshop tools correctly and report any defects or material issues
- Collaborate with a dedicated engineering team focused on precision, safety, and mission success
What You'll Bring
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Light or Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Proven hands-on experience in a similar mechanical role – ex-forces, HGV/PSV, commercial dealerships, plant, agricultural machinery
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, mechanics, and vehicle diagnostics
- A team-focused mindset with good communication skills
- Ability to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance (requires no criminal convictions + 5 years UK residency)
