Office Assistant

What you will do as an Office Assistant

  • Assisting senior team with any support administration tasks
  • Scanning documentations and files
  • Covering reception when required
  • Order consumables and refreshments
  • Sorting post and taking parcels to the post office
  • Managing client CRM and billing information

What you will need

  • 6 to 12 months experience in an administration role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Driver and own transport due to location, not accessible by public transport
  • Knowledge of GDPR would be an advantage
  • Can use own initiative and proactive
  • Happy to be based on site full time with flexibility
