What you will do as an Office Assistant
- Assisting senior team with any support administration tasks
- Scanning documentations and files
- Covering reception when required
- Order consumables and refreshments
- Sorting post and taking parcels to the post office
- Managing client CRM and billing information
What you will need
- 6 to 12 months experience in an administration role
- Excellent communication skills
- Driver and own transport due to location, not accessible by public transport
- Knowledge of GDPR would be an advantage
- Can use own initiative and proactive
- Happy to be based on site full time with flexibility
