What You Will Do

  • Lead the integration of new technologies within vehicle architectures, ensuring seamless functionality and compatibility with established strategies and targets.
  • Act as the technical arbitrator, driving functional and attribute target delivery while representing the voice of the customer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical data progression, including CAD, testing, and releasing.
  • Oversee the delivery of Minimum Viable Product into both virtual and physical verification stages throughout the programme lifecycle.
  • Resolve technical obstacles and escalate issues to leadership teams as necessary, ensuring timely solutions.
  • Support study and Agile spike activities to address complex engineering challenges with innovative approaches.

What You Will Bring

  • Extensive experience in the automotive industry, with a deep understanding of vehicle systems and component design.
  • Strong technical analysis and decision-making skills, capable of interrogating and validating technical standards.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and resolve complex technical issues using structured methodologies such as 8D or Six Sigma.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • A proactive and resilient mindset, with the ability to champion Agile principles and deliver exceptional results.
