What You Will Do

  • Develop and deliver HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and drive success within your designated business areas.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in specific HR functions, such as payroll or private healthcare, and provide operational and strategic recommendations.
  • Partner with line managers to enhance people capabilities and ensure they are equipped to lead their teams effectively.
  • Analyse key HR metrics, including absence, succession, talent, and engagement, and create actionable improvement plans.
  • Support workforce planning and talent acquisition efforts to meet both short- and long-term business needs.
  • Contribute to organisational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and a seamless transition for employees.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role at an Officer, Advisor, or Consultant level.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering results.
  • A customer-focused approach with a proactive attitude towards identifying priorities and improving processes.
  • Experience leading or contributing to HR projects, with a solid understanding of project management principles.
  • Degree qualification or equivalent experience, with CIPD qualification being a bonus.
