What You Will Do

  • Translate the Voice of the Customer, global regulations, and business goals into concise and actionable requirements for vehicle efficiency.
  • Author robust technical requirements to guide the engineering of innovative products, including the creation of appropriate test cases for validation.
  • Collaborate closely with commodity, compliance, legislation, and certification teams through effective communication and teamwork.
  • Provide guidance to system and feature owners for the development of child requirements that align with vehicle efficiency objectives.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends by analysing future market, regulatory, and technology landscapes, ensuring the relevance of requirements for future products and services.

What You Will Bring

  • Experience in technical authoring, with a proven ability to develop clear and concise engineering requirements.
  • A strong engineering background, demonstrating a methodical and structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate across various departments and levels of the business.
  • Strong presentation skills, with the ability to use data and visualisations to convey complex risks, opportunities, and recommendations effectively.
  • A qualification in engineering or pure sciences, highlighting your technical expertise and passion for innovation.
