Role Overview

As a Vehicle Efficiency Attribute Leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions that enhance driving range, energy consumption, and emissions, contributing to a modern luxury experience.

What You Will Do

  • Support the Efficiency Product Owner in delivering key Vehicle Efficiency attributes, including driving range, energy consumption, fuel economy, and CO2 emissions.
  • Ensure attribute requirements align with system and sub-system specifications.
  • Cascade and arbitrate targets for energy nodes such as aerodynamics, weight, powertrain efficiency, and climate systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to ensure programme delivery against the company’s Quality Operating Schedule.
  • Identify risks and opportunities using robust data analysis to influence business decisions and engineering direction.
  • Contribute to the development of tools and methods that support vehicle efficiency attribute advancements.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong technical engineering background and a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Significant experience in vehicle attribute or system delivery.
  • Detailed knowledge of vehicle efficiency legislative homologation and certification methods, processes and implementation.
  • Technical understanding of vehicle energy nodes and their impact on emissions, consumption, and range.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex data in an accessible manner.
  • Applicants should be educated to Degree level (ideally with a focus on Mechanical or System Engineering) with significant relevant industrial experience.
