The Role
Dealing with donations coming into the shop, processing and promoting gift aid and supporting volunteers to consistently maintain high standards across the shops in relation to stock rotation, pricing, customer service and health & safety.
What You Need
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly and sometimes at short notice
- Experience of working within a retail or hospitality environment and dealing with the public
- Experience of supervising others and/or working with volunteers would be an advantage
