Salary: £9.27 per hour
Job Type: Contract, Ad hoc, flexible working hours
The Role
This is a hands on role, working alongside Retail staff and volunteers in a busy environment to support the effective operation of our retail operations during periods of staff leave, absences and during busy periods. The role will be responsible for ensuring the safe and effective collection of donated stock (predominantly furniture) from donors' homes and its distribution to our charity shops.
What you need
- Full clean UK driving licence (essential)
- Experience driving a 2-tonne vehicle (desirable)
- Must be 25 years of age or above (to comply with vehicle insurance)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Good knowledge of safe manual handling techniques
- Knowledge of the Bolton area (beneficial)
