Inpatient Unit Service Lead
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a strong and motivated leader for its 16-bed Inpatient Unit. This full-time Band 7 role offers £38,890 - £44,503 per annum.
The Role
The Service Lead will monitor and maintain professional standards through leadership and management of the inpatient unit team, creating a supportive and unified team. The post holder will take a key role in Clinical Governance processes including review, development and implementation of policies and evidence-based practice. They will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Director and other Service Leads to ensure multi-professional collaborative working.
What You Need
- Registered Nurse with relevant experience at senior level in palliative care
- Driven by quality improvement and motivational leadership
- Leadership management training/qualification
- Enhanced/Advanced Communications Skills qualification
- Experience in a hospice environment (ideal)
- Ability to travel independently
