FULL DESCRIPTION

Education & Development Lead

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an inspiring and passionate nurse educator to lead the Education Team. This role is a Band 7 position with salary £41,659 - £47,672 per annum pro rata, 30 hours/4 days per week (full-time considered). The post holder will work in collaboration with the University of Bolton and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Integrated Care Partnership to enhance end-of-life care across the region.

The Role

The role will lead collaboration with the University of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] to develop, plan, deliver and evaluate End of Life Care programmes within higher education at all academic levels, for staff, volunteers and health care teams.

What You Need

The Education & Development Lead will be a forward-thinking Registered Nurse, with clinical and academic credibility within palliative care and a proactive, innovative approach. You should hold a teaching qualification (PGCE), advanced communication skills, and mentorship training. Experience in planning, delivering, and evaluating education, managing change, and multi-professional working is essential.
