Bank Housekeeper
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an enthusiastic and proactive bank Housekeeper to provide operational cover within the hospice, as and when required, as part of our Facilities team.
£9.94 per hour | Ad hoc, flexible working hours
The Role
Working across all areas within the hospice, the role will support the effective running of our Housekeeping team during periods of staff leave, absences and during busy periods. The post holder performs all cleaning and domestic duties in the hospice as required, ensuring a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness throughout. This will include specialised cleaning in appropriate areas, such as treatment rooms and pharmacy, and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
What You Need
- Experienced housekeeper with high personal standards

- Ability to work well in a team
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Non-judgmental and empathetic approach
- Experience in a clinical environment (advantage but not essential)
- NVQ Level 1 in cleaning related qualification (advantage but not essential)
