Band 5 Staff Nurse

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Registered Nurse to work within the Inpatient Unit. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity within specialist palliative care.

Salary: £25,655 - £27,780 per annum pro rata (Entry-Mid level Band 5, unsocial hours enhancements paid in addition)

Hours: Part Time 34.5 hours per week (covers 24/7 service, includes weekends and night rotation. Full time and/or permanent nights also considered)

The Role

Working as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team, you will support patients with complex clinical needs and provide hands-on, person-centred care. Our staff strive to provide the highest quality of service for our patients and their families and carers, through a collaborative team approach.

What you need

To apply, you must be a Registered General Nurse, enthusiastic and flexible with a passion for specialist palliative and end of life care. A recognised post-registration palliative care qualification is desirable, although you will be fully supported if you have limited or no experience. You will have access to training and development opportunities and be welcomed as a valued member of an experienced and supportive team.
