Band 4 Nursing Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Nursing Associate to join our supportive, professional team within the Inpatient Unit at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. This will be a challenging and rewarding opportunity for anyone wishing to further develop their nursing skills and knowledge within specialist palliative care. £25,147 - £27,596 per annum pro rata

(Dependent upon experience, unsocial hours enhancements paid in addition)

30 hours – 37.5 hours per week

The role covers a 24 hour, 7 day service and will therefore include weekends and rotation to night duty.

Long day shifts and night shifts would be expected.

The Role

Working as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team, you will support patients with complex clinical needs and provide hands-on, person-centred care. Our staff strive to provide the highest quality of service for our patients and their families and carers, through a collaborative team approach.

What you need:

You must be a Registered Nursing Associate on the NMC register with a Foundation Degree. We are looking for someone compassionate and caring, who has a passion for specialist palliative and end of life care. You will have access to a range of training and development opportunities and be welcomed as a valued member of an experienced and supportive team.
