Café Supervisor (Bank)

About the Role

Our ten charity shops, café and online sales office provide a vital, regular source of income to support the work of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. Each outlet helps generate the income we need to provide expert care and support for local people and their families when they need it most.

To supplement our permanent staff team and help with peaks and troughs, we have a team of ‘bank staff’ who provide cover for planned and unplanned shortfalls in staffing, covering vacancies and staff absences. We are now seeking to recruit experienced and enthusiastic bank supervisors to work alongside our dedicated volunteers to support our busy retail operations.

The Role: Delivering excellent customer service, preparation of food and serving our customers to a high standard, adhering to all food and hygiene regulations.

What You Need

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexibly and sometimes at short notice
• Experience of working within a retail or hospitality environment and dealing with the public
• Experience of supervising others and/or working with volunteers would be an advantage
