You’ll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, key trading days, and during our opening period. We require availability of a minimum of 5 Days.

A Day in the Life

As a Supervisor, you’re more than a keyholder-you’re a leader on the shop floor and a trusted support to the management team. From opening the doors to energising the team and making sure every detail’s in place, you’ll make each day feel organised, customer-focused and commercially sharp.

  • Customer Obsessed - Leading by example, you’ll deliver exceptional service that brings our products to life-inviting customers to discover, taste and enjoy.
  • Operationally Sharp - Cash handling, deliveries, visual merchandising, health and safety.
  • A Team Energiser - Take the lead during shifts, organise activities, assign tasks.
  • Commercially Switched-On - Review store performance, KPIs, drive sales.
  • A Bridge Between Teams - Link between sales advisors and store management.

And when the management team is away, you’ll take the reins.
