We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our busy London team on a fixed-term contract. If you’re energetic, customer-focused, and thrive in fast-paced environments, this is your chance to make a real impact.

You’ll need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, key trading days, and during our opening period. We require availability of a minimum of 2 Days.

What You’ll Do in This Role

In our high-footfall London store, you’ll:

• Deliver outstanding customer service with warmth and confidence, helping every visitor discover the perfect brew
• Proactively engage customers, offering tastings and personalised recommendations, even during the busiest periods
• Support the team by managing tills, replenishing stock, and keeping the store looking welcoming and organised
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain smooth operations and a positive atmosphere
• Adapt quickly to changing priorities and busy trading times with a can-do attitude

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be great in this role if you have:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing role
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable style
• Confidence working under pressure while maintaining excellent service standards
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and busy trading days
• Availability for the full fixed-term contract period
