FULL DESCRIPTION

Administration Assistant

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to join the Guest Services Team, acting as first point of contact for guests. Tasks include providing assistance, handling enquiries/complaints, checking guests in/out, taking payments, administrative support, maintaining guest records, and selling products. Full training provided; experience in customer-facing role desirable.

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer facing job role (advantage).
  • Level 2/3 Customer Service or Business qualification (desirable).
  • Full Driving Licence (desirable).
