Role Overview

As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire visit. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously upon arrival.

Qualifications & Skills

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within catering, hospitality or similar industries is preferred.

• Ability to stay calm and professional in busy or challenging situations.
• Basic IT skills to manage bookings and reservations systems.
