Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to licensing laws and company policies at all times.

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork ethic and willingness to support colleagues.
• Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and tills.
• Knowledge of drink preparation, cocktail recipes, and bar equipment is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Personal licence holder or willingness to obtain one is advantageous but not essential.
