Young Women and Girls Independent Sexual Violence Advocate
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] has been delivering services to women, girls and children who have been subjected to sexual and domestic violence and abuse, including prostitution, since 1975. [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] provides free, confidential specialist support. We are seeking to recruit a Young Women and Girls Independent Sexual Violence Advocate.

- Hours: 35 hours per week (including up to one evening a week and occasional Saturday mornings)
- Salary: £29,000-£32,000 (dependent on experience and qualification)
- Location: Travel across East London, hybrid model of home and office working
- Term: Permanent
About the Role
In the role of Young Women and Girls ISVA you will hold a caseload of young women and girls aged 11-17 years old, who have been subjected to sexual violence. You will support those who choose to report through the criminal justice process. The role involves providing broader support to address the multiple impacts of sexual violence. This post involves travel across East London and hybrid working.
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated woman passionate about ending violence against women. You'll have a 'can-do' approach and demonstrable commitment to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s feminist approach. We particularly encourage applications from Black, Asian and minoritised women, young women with lived experience and those who have accessed services as a young woman/child.
