Anti-Racism Development Officer

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an Anti-Racism Development Officer to support the delivery of its Anti-Racism action plan and embed anti-racist practices across the organisation. This is a permanent, part-time (21 hrs/week) hybrid role based in Islington, London. Salary: £18,600 – £19,800 (FTE £31,000 – £33,000). Closing date: 10am, 8th June 2026.

Role & Requirements

The Anti-Racism Development Officer will play a key role in delivering the Anti-Racism action plan and embedding anti-racist practices across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. Part of this role includes coordination with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s Anti-Racism Working Group to co-produce tangible outcomes. We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated woman who is passionate about ending violence against women, girls and children, with a demonstrable commitment to feminist, trauma-informed and anti-racist practice.
