We are seeking a Clinical Administration Assistant for our Titration Service to support the Senior Clinical Treatment Coordinator and Titration Leadership Team. This is a fully remote, permanent full-time role based in the UK.
- Remuneration: £29,000- plus £1000 working from home allowance
- Contract Type: Permanent/Full time - 40 hours per week
- Location: Home-based/various UK meeting locations

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Clinical Treatment Coordinator and Titration Leadership Team with administrative tasks related to the titration service.
- Act as a point of contact for patient and prescriber queries, escalating more complex issues where appropriate.
- Assist in the coordination and administration of prescriber onboarding, inductions, and routine processes.
- Carry out administrative tasks relating to patient care within the titration pathway, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Use the PUK Patient Portal to schedule appointments, update records, and manage communications.
- Support meeting coordination, including scheduling and minute-taking where required.
- Maintain accurate records, spreadsheets, and internal systems in line with PUK processes.
- Assist with data collection and basic reporting to support service monitoring and improvement.
- Manage and complete allocated tasks within PUK systems, ensuring they are actioned or escalated appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, clinicians, and external stakeholders via email and telephone.
- Prioritise workload effectively, adapting to changing service demands.
- Participate in supervision, personal development reviews, and mandatory training.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of PUK processes and procedures, raising concerns or incidents as appropriate.
Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience in a mental health setting
- Familiarity with patient management systems
- Relevant administrative or healthcare qualification
- RSA II Typing/Audio Typewriting (or equivalent)
