F&B Host

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a beautifully restored hotel on a 400-acre farm in Hampshire. We are looking for a Host to join our F&B Team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Helping the Head Host coordinate reservations and table allocation by researching customers and updating the Reservation system.
  • Provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all guests.
  • Manage table reservations in efficient and timely manner.
  • Experience of working within, or desire to work within a high-end restaurant.
  • Complete daily opening and closing procedures as per operating manual for all restaurant outlets.
  • Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met.
  • Review all reservations for each shift and assign suitable tables.
  • Maintain good knowledge of all aspects of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and its operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and good computer skills.
  • Excellent attention to details and personal presentation.
