Health Care Assistant - Swindon

Job Details
We are looking for compassionate and reliable carers with at least 6 months’ experience to support our complex care clients in their own homes. This is not a home to home role, you will solely be based at one client's residence. Our clients have quite complex needs and would need a carer who is attentive, pro-active but also up for a challenge. Requirements
- At least 6 months of care experience
- Able to work more than 24 hours a week
- Compassionate and reliable demeanor
- Proactive and attentive approach
What the Role Involves
- Provide complex care to one client per shift (no travel between multiple homes)
- Typical shift duration: 12 hours
- Average carer works three shifts (36hrs) per week
