Job Details
- Location: Belfast
- Hourly Rate: £13.45 (plus holiday pay, £15.07 per hour in total)
- Contract: Fixed Term Contract (FTC) to 1st October 2026, 20 hours per week
- Working Hours: Between 10am – 6pm, Monday - Friday
About the Role

We’re looking for a seasonal Housekeeper to deliver a luxury, home-from-home cleaning service for our guests’ studio apartments whilst ensuring our premium site & facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional, personalised room cleaning service including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, anti-bacterial cleaning, and making beds.
- Ensure facilities are looked after respectfully by guests.
- Maintain upkeep of premium site & facilities.
- Be on hand to deliver solutions to issues and challenges.
- Serve as point of contact for incidents or emergencies.
- Maintain waste management areas adhering to health & safety regulations.
- Use a smartphone/tablet to record and manage each studio clean, including before/after photos.
- Monitor cleaning stock levels and communicate needs to management.
- Follow COSHH regulations when using cleaning chemicals.
Who We Want
Professional Experience:
- Well-versed housekeeping professional with experience in large, multi-room residence facilities (accommodation, hotels, hospitals).
- Technologically astute – comfortable with technology systems.
- Good understanding of COSHH regulations.
Personal Characteristics:
- Comfortable in a multi-cultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills; multi-lingual welcome.
- Adaptability, creativity & positivity.
- Resilience and ability to navigate unexpected situations.
- Able to perform tasks involving extended standing and repetitive movements (reasonable adjustments considered).
- Flexibility to work during festive and religious breaks as needed.
