Role Overview
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in driving high-quality lead generation for our global enterprise SaaS business. This is a senior, hands-on role combining strategic Go-to-Market thinking with tactical execution, focused on delivering measurable pipeline impact. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel lead generation campaigns, creating compelling content to support those campaigns, and ensuring a consistent flow of high-intent, sales-ready leads into the business for qualification by our US-based SDR team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, and working closely with Sales, and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), this role will be critical in supporting [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’ growth ambitions across existing and new sectors, particularly within highly regulated, enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Campaign Delivery: Own the strategy, execution, and optimisation of balanced inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns across channels including email, LinkedIn, and other paid and organic lead generation platforms.
- Content Strategy & Creation: Create and oversee development of compelling campaign content, including emails, LinkedIn posts, gated assets, and supporting sales enablement materials.
- CRM, Data & Marketing Operations: Manage and optimise marketing activity within Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate data capture, campaign tracking, and reporting.
- Sales & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales and the US-based SDR team to align lead definitions, qualification criteria, and campaign follow-up.
- Strategy, Measurement & ROI: Contribute to Go-to-Market strategies, define and track performance metrics including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, and ROI.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role within a SaaS business, marketing to global enterprise organisations.
- Strong track record of delivering results-driven lead generation campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Experience creating high-quality content aligned to enterprise buyer journeys.
- Strategic mindset with ability to translate strategy into effective, hands-on execution.
- Demonstrable experience working closely with Sales teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills with confidence using data to drive decisions and optimisation.
