What you can expect
As a ZCX Strategic Accounts Business Development Representative, you'll proactively generate pipeline and drive growth across UK. You'll focus on strategic CX customers—existing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] accounts with no CX penetration and/or net-new organizations. You'll combine prospecting and outreach with strategic go-to-market execution. Work across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s partner ecosystem, CX marketing, and sales teams to accelerate pipeline creation and sales velocity. This role requires exceptional communication skills, persistence, and good prospect qualification abilities.

- Have experience in SaaS, contact center AI-driven, or customer experience solutions
- Demonstrate proven ability to prospect, generate pipeline, and accelerate deals
- Have a solid track record of working with partners to deliver joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Possess excellent communication skills with a consultative, customer-first approach
- Bring passion for customer experience, AI, and building solid business relationships.
