Property Photographer & Social Media Manager – Guildford

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-quality photography for all property types.
  • Create engaging video walkthroughs and drone footage (if licensed).
  • Complete floorplans and EPCs (training available).
  • Edit and deliver photography packages swiftly.
  • Manage and grow social media presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Plan, create, and publish content including photos, reels, and property highlights.
  • Track analytics and optimise content performance.
  • Partner with local businesses and influencers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in professional property photography.
  • Strong photo and video editing skills (Lightroom, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and client-facing confidence.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • CAA Drone Pilot Licence (desirable).
  • Experience with floorplans and EPCs (desirable).
  • Understanding of current social media trends.
