Role Overview
The Client Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing relationships with potential future sellers, including previous clients, appraisal leads, and local homeowners.
- Working closely with the Partner to deliver a concierge-level service to our Prestige Homes clients.
- Overseeing and coordinating viewings for prestige properties, providing feedback, and maintaining proactive communication with clients.
- Ensuring that buyers and sellers operating within our market receive a seamless, professional, and premium service at all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Proactively identify, engage, and nurture relationships with homeowners not currently on the market.
- Build long-term relationships with potential future sellers, previous clients, and valuation leads.
- Maintain regular contact with withdrawn clients and pipeline prospects via phone, email, and bespoke marketing letters.
- Deliver tailored market advice and property updates to establish [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] as their agent of choice.
Prestige Homes Client Management
- Act as the primary liaison for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]' Prestige Homes clients.
- Manage and coordinate property viewings with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain regular and timely communication with prestige clients, ensuring they receive comprehensive viewing feedback.
- Work with the Partner to provide clients with market updates, advice on related purchases, and an unparalleled service experience.
Buyer Engagement & Property Matching
- Register and qualify prospective buyers, particularly for prestige and off-market properties.
- Proactively match buyers with suitable homes, facilitating early introductions where possible.
Valuation & Listing Support
- Follow up on valuations and nurture leads toward instruction.
- Attend valuation appointments where appropriate to reinforce client relationships.
- Work closely with the Partner to convert high-value valuations into listings.
Sales Process Oversight
- Support the client throughout their journey post-instruction to ensure continuity of service.
- Liaise with the sales team and sales progressors to maintain excellent client service and transaction management.
Performance & Reward
- Bonus awarded for securing new instructions from client engagement.
