Automotive Apprenticeship Trainer / Assessor
£33,000 – £38,900 + bonus + up to 8% pension contribution

What you will do and why it matters
- Deliver engaging training using classroom, online and practical methods so learners stay motivated and confident
- Plan and manage learning activities, so apprentices progress on time and achieve their targets
- Build trusted relationships with apprentices and employers, helping them overcome challenges early
- Support wellbeing and safeguarding so learners feel safe, supported and able to perform
- Track progress accurately so everyone knows where they stand and what comes next
- Lead gateway reviews and support endpoint assessments to help learners succeed
- Step in early when someone is struggling, creating clear and practical improvement plans
- Work closely with colleagues to maintain high-quality standards and compliance
- Keep your own skills up to date so your teaching remains relevant and engaging

What you bring
- You will thrive in this role if you enjoy coaching, mentoring and supporting others
- You have experience in a relevant vocational or technical area
- You hold or are willing to work towards assessor or training qualifications
- You have Level 2 English and Maths or equivalent
- You are organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple learners
- You communicate clearly and build trust quickly
- You are confident using digital systems to track progress and documentation
