Aftermarket Sales Support Representative

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting for an Aftermarket Sales Support Representative for a Commercial Vehicle Parts Manufacturer. Salary £39,000 - £46,000 + Car + Bonus + Benefits. Field Based – UK & Ireland.

About the Role

As the Aftermarket Sales Support Representative, you’ll be responsible for growing genuine aftermarket parts sales across the UK & Ireland. This isn’t just a transactional sales role, it’s about being a trusted partner to your distributors. You’ll build lasting relationships, support with technical advice and product identification, represent the brand at trade shows, and promote the benefits of using genuine parts.

  • Visiting distributors and factors to strengthen relationships and drive sales growth
  • Providing on-site technical support, training, and product demonstrations
  • Handling technical enquiries by phone/email and identifying the right parts from catalogues
  • Promoting and upselling genuine products within the distribution network
  • Representing the business at trade events and workshops
  • Keeping accurate CRM and sales records to track performance

You

  • Background in automotive or commercial vehicle parts (essential)
  • Sales, technical support, or parts advisory experience (preferred)
  • Confident communicator who can build strong distributor relationships
  • Technically accurate with a keen eye for detail
