FULL DESCRIPTION

Sales Administrator

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Sales Administrator to support wholesale and B2B operations. This role sits at the heart of the sales function, ensuring seamless communication with trade customers, effective management of our B2B platform, and strong administrative support to the wider sales team. Salary: £26k + 10% discretionary bonus. Location: Potter's Bar (Hybrid, 2 days per week in office). Full Time.

What you will be doing

  • Trade Communication: Manage shared inboxes, act as key point of contact for Account Managers, support customer transition from Faire to B2B platform.
  • B2B Platform & Systems Management: Conduct B2B housekeeping, maintain wholesale database (Klaviyo), manage platform updates, oversee Zee Maps.
  • Sales Administration: Maintain sales tools and documents (product sheets, line sheets, barcode list, pricing sheets), support stockist onboarding, organise product samples, provide office support.
  • Additional Support: Provide ad hoc administrative support to Commercial Director and Head of Sales.
