Role Overview

As a Room Attendant, you will report to the Head Housekeeper and be responsible for supporting the housekeeping team in the day-to-day running of the department. [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] will provide an annual training allowance of up to £10,000 for approved apprenticeships and accredited courses.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning guest rooms to hotel standard
• Replenishing linen and guest supplies
• Providing a great guest experience
• Reporting maintenance faults and handling lost property
• Ensuring appliances, fixtures, and fittings are safe and reporting faults to the Head Housekeeper
