Housekeeping Supervisor
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor for Moxy Southampton at West Quay, Southampton. Rate: £13.75 per hour, guaranteed hours.
About the Role
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is the UK’s leading outsourced hotel services company. In this role, you will report to the Head Housekeeper and support the team in daily housekeeping operations.
Responsibilities
- Improve productivity and efficiency of room cleaning
- Analyse guest data to plan resources and materials
- Maintain strong working relationships with GM, Hotel Team, HSK team and suppliers
- Identify ways to improve Guest Satisfaction
- Adhere to Health and Safety Policy, COSHH/Manual Handling
- Recruit, train, manage and monitor team performance
- Deliver and exceed financial targets, manage expenditure and payroll
- Participate in training to improve skills and performance
