Requirements

The ideal person will have at least a year’s experience in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, reliable and willing to learn.

Daily Duties

  • Assisting in the general daily food service of food and beverage in the restaurants.
  • Working to the required service standards as per SOPs within the daily service operations of the restaurant and brasserie.
  • Upholding levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the brasserie and restaurant on a daily basis.
  • Arriving in a neat and presentable state.
  • Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager and Supervisors in setting and keeping operations standards.
  • Liaising with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Service of breakfast, lunch and/or dinner in the Bistro or Bar and any events.
  • Complying with any other reasonable request.
