Requirements

• At least a year’s experience in a similar position.
• Ability to deliver great service to our guests.
• Passion for hospitality, reliability, and willingness to learn.

Duties

• Ensure all dishes are prepared using fresh produce, combining contemporary flavours with traditional techniques.
• Ensure preparation and presentation of food is of a high standard and complies with food safety regulations.
• Support achievement of budget food gross profit.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Adhere to Company Health and Safety, food safety and COSHH legislation.
